Cancellation Policy
When cancellation is available and how refunds are recorded.

You can cancel while an order is New, Accepted, Packed or Ready for pickup. Once assigned to a delivery partner or handed over, contact support. The app shows the actions allowed for your order; no cancellation fee is currently configured.
Payment and donation
Cancellation releases reserved stock. For a prepaid order, the refundable amount includes the recorded donation and delivery charge. A refund request or demo confirmation is not a completed bank refund; follow the refund status in your order or support ticket.
