Terms of Use
Marketplace account and ordering terms.
Updated 13 October 2026Using the marketplace
Provide accurate details and use only accounts you are authorised to operate. Business and product access is subject to platform approval.
Orders and availability
Prices, stock, delivery charges and final totals are shown at checkout and validated by the server. Adding an item to a basket does not guarantee stock. Delivery availability depends on the selected service area.
Delivery and collection
If collection is offered, it changes fulfilment only. Payment is still made through Village Sarathi. Wait for an order-ready confirmation before travelling to collect goods.
Payments and disputes
Only use payment methods shown for your order. A demo or review payment confirmation is not a real provider transfer. Contact support through your account for order disputes.
