How Village Sarathi handles account, order and location information.

We process the name, mobile number, address and order details you provide to operate your account and fulfil orders. Business applications can include business, tax and verification information.
Location permission
When you choose current location, your device asks for permission. Coordinates and accuracy are used to check delivery coverage. When Google Maps is configured, location and search queries are sent to Google to find an address. You can deny permission and enter a location manually. We do not require continuous background location for browsing.
Sharing and storage
Relevant order information is shared with the participating seller, supplier and assigned delivery partner. It is not made public on the homepage. Authentication sessions and account data are stored on our server; selected location and shopping state may be stored on your device.
Your choices
You can update account details, deny location permission, sign out, or submit an account deletion request below. Order, payment, dispute and legal records may need to be retained where required; deletion requests require identity verification.
Security
Access is restricted by account role and approval state. Web sessions use secure cookies on HTTPS and native apps use secure token storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.
