Open your order and submit a return request with the affected items, quantity and reason. Keep the packaging and supporting photographs where relevant.
Review and inspection
Eligibility depends on the item, order status and the policy shown for that purchase. Requests are reviewed and returned goods may require inspection. Submission does not guarantee approval.
Refund status
Approved adjustments are shown against the order. A refund accounting entry is not confirmation that a bank or payment-provider refund has completed. Processing information is provided for the specific order; no universal refund deadline is promised here.
